The Office of the Registrar supports student success at every stage, from enrollment to graduation, serving as a trusted steward of academic records and a collaborative partner to the Detroit Mercy community.

We strive to set the standard for accuracy, security, and service in academic records, so every member of the Detroit Mercy community can trust the information that guides their academic journey.

We are here to help every step of the way!

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for classroom scheduling, publishing the schedule of classes, registration, maintaining academic transcripts and records, processing transfer credits, maintaining the degree evaluation system, enrollment and degree verifications, releasing transcripts, producing diplomas and offering specific assistance to transfer students and veterans.
